Very bright light
I saw this globe light on a YouTube video literally a few days before Christmas and I knew my son would love one, so amazon came to the rescue again as it was guaranteed delivery before Christmas, as soon as it arrived I did not open it I just wrapped it immediately for my son. When he unwrapped it he was a bit confused as there is only a small description of it on the box of what was inside and without realising I choose the same option as the name of his phone so he was a bit confused but when he opened the box he was really pleased with it. He immediately plugged it in and nearly blinded himself by the brightness, the lights are arranged in a circle and the glass globe sits on top of the lights, it is definitely bright enough that it can be used as a nice side light, the solar system inside the globe is lovely and clear so looks like good quality, it is not large but sits nice on the surface and would suit either a living room or a bedroom. It comes supplied with a lead which is an OK length although not too long so a plug socket would be needed close to where you want to place it.All in all this was a great gift for my son who enjoys everything to do with the solar systems, there are other options which I will definitely be getting him over time to add to this one, I especially would like to get the Moon one next for him. The value for money is amazing and definitely looks way more expensive, I would however recommend that you do not look into the lights when you turn them on because they are really bright 😎

The cuts aren't as good quality as shown but my son does still love it.

BASE LIGHT IS EXTREMELY BRIGHT
This would have been a lovely little globe light except for the fact the light in the base is incredibly bright. It's like a searchlight! You can't look down into the globe to look at the galaxy without hurting your eyes. Shame. Had to return.
