Delicious Japanese curry roux, easy to break up when cooking for one or two, melts down quickly into an oven cooked casserole for an easy and different weekend supper. The hot is seriously hot, the mild almost tasteless, I go with the medium every time, its about the same strength as a tikka masala or chip shop curry.
