Honestly WOW!
I like how this is a good natural affective way to clear my lungs, I’ve been trying to cut down on vaping, mainly for my health and i’m well aware my lungs have been taking a big hit all this time. I’m really thankful for this supplement I really see the difference and feel so much better, breathing better its almost like a relief, when I go on hikes or walks I don't feel out of breath instantly.

No noticeable benefits
1 capsule daily, 60 day supplyexp 07/2025The 10-in-1 Lung Cleanse Support Supplement has an impressive list of ingredients but unfortunately I experienced none of the expected benefits after taking it for 7 weeks. My sinuses are just as clogged as ever. I believe that the individual ingredients are too low dose and one capsule daily is not enough. If you check the amount listed against what is recommended, 4 capsules daily might be effective. The Pure Health brand has the same ingredients and the same amounts as some of the name brands I looked at. Reviews for those brands also vary. One capsule a day may work just fine for you. If no noticeable improvement in 10 - 14 days, bump up the dose to 2 capsules daily.

A Couple Days In
Giving 5 stars because this product is great, and at an amazing price! As a long time smoker and vapor, I’ve been trying different vitamins to not out those cravings as well as clearing my lungs and getting rid of toxins, from the start I started noticing some big changes in the way I feel and breath, compared to other remedies I’ve tried so far this beats all my expectations!

Very noticeable difference.
