Good product but needs best talent to install
Faucet is as per description. It feels very sturdy and water flow is good. There were some nicks on the body - but minor so decided not to return. Spout rotates very smoothly. Lever is also smooth to operate. Installation is very difficult because of the design - Inlet pipes cannot be tightened properly because the holes are recessed into the tap - took many tries until leakage stopped. Hand tightening could damage the pipes - plumber said the pipes are low quality - somewhere the cost is balanced.

recessed threading is not easy fit
The connector cavity is recessed for hot and cold connectors but the necks are for exposed taps, as a result you can never tighten the connectors inside the cavity which leads to hit and miss trials and becomes leaky. I dont know why this product was put out with such connectors, also its light weight so its slightly overpriced. a kerovit or ap royale with double the weight is just a few hundred rupees more, so why buy this

Missing Part
the product is excellent but one part that tightens the mixer with the sink was missing. I order for replacement, the replacement came, but the delivery boy insisted to give the part and asked for full return of tap,
