Our carpets were pretty stained when I bought my house five years ago, and I tried so many different techniques to no avail. Then I heard about the carpet cleaning pro's use of enzymatic cleaner. I tried a few different brands. This one WORKS! It takes some effort. It did not work so well in our expensive carpet cleaning machine--but I bought a DeWalt shop vac and the carpet cleaning attachment, and it, with this cleaner, makes a winning team. To get the toughest stains out, I used a pretty strong concentraation of the cleaner, but with maintenance cleaning, i should be able to use a lot less. This also leaves your carpet with a fresh, lemony scent. Some of the other cleaners I tried smelled chemically and unpleasant.

This is our preferred enzyme cleaner. We have plenty of cats and dogs in our house so we throw in a splash of this with our mop water, laundry, we even fill a bottle with 50/50 water/Bioda and mist the cat furniture with it once per week. It smells great and guests never know we have 4 cats. We have a white sofa and one of the cats had a hairball on it, but with this product you would never guess it had been stained. We have bought this multiple times and don’t plan on switching!

I mixed up a floor cleaning solution (a bit stronger than recommended) and used it to clean the tile and grout in the room where our two sweet—but big—dogs sleep at night. I used it with my Oreck cleaning machine and it left the tile and grout clean and deodorized. You’d never know we had dogs. We have a septic system and so I particularly liked that I could poor any remaining solution down the drain and that it would help, rather than harm, the system.

I live with 3 females in the house with much hair to go around. Obviously, then, our drains are the unfortunate recipients of the hair confederation of the house. I typically go with the manual and market solutions but the smell and disgust would be too much at times.I gave this product a chance and I’m pleasantly surprised by its scent and effectiveness. It is a bit higher in price point than I’d like but in terms of everything else, it’s a solid product.

Works fantastic! In case you don’t know how to properly use it though:1. Soak up stain with paper towel2. Use carpet cleaner to steam area with cleaner3. Dump 1-2Cups of cleaner liquid on spot, give 3 days to “work” the enzyme action.You will never know an accident happened!A lot of people don’t know to dump a cup or two worth of product on the spot after the cleanup! It is a game changer!

Trying to be gentler on our pipes, this has been a great solution! It cleared up one slow drain that harsher chemicals hadn't solved, and seems to be working well on other drain maintenance.We haven't yet used it for pet stains, but the fact it's multipurpose is huge for our family.

I noticed a smell coming from my sink and hope this product will help to manage it over time. The product is a great value for the price and it has a pleasant lemon sage smell- not cloying. I like that it is multi-purposed, uses natural enzymes (non-corrosive to plumbing), and based on the scent, I may try this cleaner out for other uses.

So after my kid vomited in my car, had to do extensive research online regarding the best way to clean up the mess, so after searching on Amazon I bought this deodorant & an degreaser, followed the instructions ( you tube video ), and the instructions on those bottle to the T,Pro; it did worked, ( after 3 times applying to the effected area ) took quiet a bit of work & patience, again it works well but after all those efforts in order for those stain to removed,, durability is reasonable, color was fine since cant really tell from the floor carpet,the foaming was actually good to me anyway;Not too much, just enough every time.Able to get rip of the odors completely.Cons; took multiple times.Conclusion; overall; hopefully did doesn’t happened too often, but if it does, most likely will try other brand if this bottle run out, but nevertheless the price was reasonable. Not cheap but definitely NOT over priced, you get what you pay for.
