I am not good sharpening knives the CORRECT way due to arthritis. This sharpener has been a life and time saver. It is fast and easy to use.I have owned many knife sharpeners. Many do not sharpen, have odd sharpening blade angles, really rip the blade up or make weird edges. I use this sharpener on my inexpensive knives and it keeps them sharp without issue.

Handy if you're not looking for anything life-changing. I love that it can sharpen scissors. Something I didn't know I wanted until I got it. I use it at work (I work in a restaurant) and it's nice to have there any time my knives are getting a little dull. Plus it blends into the background while still being easy to spot from a distance so it's not obtrusive but doesn't disappear on me.
