These are great and really work. Wake up so refreshed.

These are pretty much useless. The patches don't even separate from the backing very easily. I tried them several times over several days, and there was no difference between using them and not using them.

They work great for me, and l’m a person who NEVER sleeps unassisted. They don’t cause morning grogginess, which is great for early morning risers. I apply it around 8pm and I’m usually in bed by 11pm. I keep them in my overnight bag as well, for out of town trips. 90% percent of the time, I sleep through the night, a may wake up one or twice in a month, but that also happens even with natural sleepers, so it isn’t a big deal. It’s easy to apply, and remove, and doesn’t cause any irritation.I sound like an I work for this company lol, but don’t have any affiliation with them.So finding something that actually works has been literally, a dream come true. This product is on my MUST have list, and I recommend highly.

Easy to apply and remove

Put the patch on and nothing happened. Used for 2 weeks and no help at all.

Does not work consistently

i got these because they were the cheapest one now i know why they dont stick well and are so hard to get off the pastic thing they have them stuck too they suck
