Good product poor instructions
I wanted to be able to connect my phone to my wi-fi as local 4G is variable. I have a Lan cable and ethernet switch in the room where wi-fi is poor so I am using the device as a wi-fi extender not a wi-fi repeater. The instructions are unintelligible and in the smallest print I have ever seen. The unit installed easily once I ignored them. I plugged it into a power socket and connected the Lan cable (supplied) to my ethernet switch. Exactly what the instructions said NOT to do. On my PC I searched for local wi-fi signals (even though it was already connected via cable) and the device showed. I could then log in to it with the router wi-fi password (not the router access password). It connected first time. Signal to phone is good and the big green light on the device makes my desk look like the bridge of the Enterprise.

It interfered with my phone wasn't receiving calls or texts when the wifi booster was switched it went in the bin

Glows green.
This has worked a treat to get rid of dead spot in a bedroom. Was really easy to install and connect to router. However, it glows green when plugged in. Used a Sharpie pen on the white plastic case to help reduce this hence why only 4 stars. A quick, easy and inexpensive fix for my internet issue

broke after 7 months
Easy to set up. worked well for 7 months then connectivity became painfully slow. a Press of the reset button didn't help. It was not possible to connect to its IP address. Still, for £9.99 I can't really complain.

A Compact Wifi Extender With Reasonable Range/Easy Setup
This extender is compact and neat, I was expecting something larger!Just follow the instructions manual in the box to install the required app.The kit comes with a suitable cable to connect directly to the main wifi router for easy setup.I used the WPS button method and the extender connected almost immediately.*You need to download the app to configure the extender as a repeater or access point.It was simple to configure although the manual is a bit basic but easily understandable.It has boosted the signal strength and isn't warm to the touch.considering the low price, it performs just as good as more costly devices.Happy to recommend it

Brilliant extender
Moved in to a house where we couldn't get Internet in the upstairs bathroom or bedrooms. I didn't want to go straight for something expensive without trying a cheaper option first. We have Sky Glass in the bedroom and YouTube would just buffer constantly or not work at all. I connected this extender using WPS and it has worked like a dream. Have been using it for just over a week and 0 buffering. I have it plugged in on the upstairs landing and it's doing the job great. We only get slow speeds due to our location but for just 2 of us it's perfect. I work from home too and I'm now able to work from upstairs.

Wireless extender.
Rubbish wouldn't buy this again. Or recommend. Instructions hard to understand.Made no difference to my WiFi. Its not secure either. Pile of rubbish.
