My Lenovo Ideapad would not hold a charge after a few years of use, even when off or hibernating. I replaced the battery with this one, and charged it to full, and after a week of being off or hibernating, the battery is still at 100% as expected. I don't have long term reliability to report and I don't use that laptop much so I can't speak to how quickly it drains under normal usage, but it initially seems to have solved the problem I had with the old battery -- losing power quickly even while not in use.

Do yourself a favor and just fork over the extra $30 for an authentic Lenovo battery. The installation and everything went fine with this one, but in about 6 months it has already gone bad. The listing states that there is a 1-year warranty so I've tried reaching out to multiple e-mail addresses and phone numbers for the company, none of which worked, and Amazon was useless in this matter as well. Lesson learned.

Holding the charge good. It can hold the laptop for more than an hour so I think it is not bad for the price. If you want more charging time buy a better one. I am writing after 4 months of purchase so it is a good one.

My 5 year old Lenovo IdeaPad Flex-14IML battery was on its last legs so I debated buying one directly from Lenovo for $85 or getting this one for $39.88. The specs for these are the same. I went with this one and so far it's working fine, although it's only been a week. Interestingly, the computer says this battery has a capacity of 50Wh, not the 45Wh shown in this add (which is also the same as the Lenovo battery). I'll keep an eye on this one to see if it goes downhill and report back here if it does but for now, I'm happy with it.

Battery ordered to replace a Lenovo OEM battery from a late 2019 laptop (cheapie). Laptop is used in my shop for instructional video, parts ordering, and music now then.The old battery was abused to say the least. Run dead 100's of times after a full charge. Down to about 60% life and it is randomly shutting off. So it was time for a new battery. Off to amazon.The battery I ordered, a direct replacement for L18C4PF3 is very sketchy. I run linux as my OS on all laptops in the house. This battery, while it ran the laptop out of the box. is not recognized by the system as a battery. So the OS is not able to monitor the battery and gracefully shutdown the system when the power gets low. Plus it doesn't understand performance modes that change between power source. Seems like a burn down the house via the garage risk.These must be seconds from the semi-competent fake OEM battery manufacturers on Amazon.Title compliments of youtube's aVe.

Easy to install liked that it included the screw drivers and plastic case opening tool. Only been installed a few days have to wait and see how long it continues to hold a charge.

21 days after Amazon's last day to return the product the battery is dead. It will no longer take a charge. We followed all the recommended charging instructions and best practices for a long lasting battery. This product is total garbage I do not recommend it.Update. The only thing worse than the product is their service. The email they provide for warrant service just bounces back as undeliverable. No phone number can be found. They request you "ask a question on Amazon if you need warranty service" but no one will respond. Companies like this should not be rewarded with your purchase for their dishonest scam like behavior. Buy your product somewhere else. There are a lot of options out there, many are even offer the same price.

The original battery failed within a few weeks. I decided to try a replacement battery from the same company as this is something that happens with any battery manufacturer. The replacement arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, according to Lenovo's battery monitoring software, the replacement battery will only hold a charge slightly above 90%. The same software shows that the battery has already been charged over 35 times.I would have expected to receive a new battery as replacement, not a sub-par recycled battery.
