can remineralise distilled water so we can avoid drinking the poison thats in the tap water. fantastic 10/10 everyone should be using it. Just be aware adding large amounts to drinking water will bring out a salty taste.

Convenient but strong taste
I haven't been using this for long enough to know how effective they are for me but he 237ml bottle is convenient, and I only need a few drops to get a good dose of essential minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium. The only downside for me is the taste—it’s a bit strong but I have got used to it.

Be careful! Slowly increase your dosage
I accidentally had too much too soon and had terrible diarrhoea. We use this in our distilled water and I could really notice the taste and texture change to the water at first I didn’t really like it but now I am used to it.

Way overpriced and short lived
Poorer magnesium quality than it’s counterparts and requires far more drops. Lasted me a month of frequent use. Not worth the money

Great if you are fasting, or in general have a poor diet and want to kick start a good diet again.
