We bought this toothbrush in October 23 for our son for Christmas. He didn't use it u till he opened it as a Christmas gift on Dec 25. It took four weeks for the head to snap in half in my sons mouth. Fortunately, it didn't cause any injury as he pulled it out straight away.I have tried to remidy the situation with the seller and also with amazon. I got no where with the seller as I was out of the "90" day period for returns, however my point is that this shouldn't have happened in the first place. I've tried to get in touch with amazon, I had a message conversation going but can't find the messages that I had with amazon anywhere! I have now accepted the fact that I am not going to get anywhere with this issue but don't want anyone else to go through this either, your child's mouth may not come off aswell as our sons!!! DO NOT BUY THIS POOR QUALITY!!!

Had the toothbrush a matter of weeks and the battery is dying already . Definitely not worth the money
