Looks Great but doesn’t illuminate
Love the look of this. It seems a little cheap and doesn’t light up. But that could be something to do with my house doorbell system. I’ve had it up since last summer and it still looks great.

Door bell button keeps popping out
Price was good but not if you can't keep the bell button from popping out of the back plate. Would hook wires to bell screws, start to feed wires back into hole cut out on the door frame and the button would pop out of the back plate. Moved wires around to better fit into the door frame, then led light didn't work.Ended up keeping black back plate to cover the hole in the door frame and mounted another door bell on top of back plate. Worked out in the end but would not buy this item again.
