Does exactly what it should do!There's not much to about this item really. Its very heavy, and is designed to hit hard things very hard, which is exactly what it does, and it does it very well.Comfort-wise, that's a bit of a moot point, really. You should always wear gloves when using this type of tool anyway, preferably ones which enhance your grip ability, and the weight and impactful nature of the tool means your arm and wrist will get tired fairly quickly, so taking frequent breaks is vital if you have a lot of striking to do (such as when splitting logs, as I used it for). I never lost my grip or strained myself during the course of the afternoon, which should be enough to speak of regarding how comfortable it is to use.It seemS robust enough, there are no signs of stress or breakage along the shaft or handle, so I'm happy with it!

Solid strong and still ok to swing around at its weight, was undecided to go for 5lb hammer for power but chose this and it did the job well... would recommend

Nicely weighted club hammer. Ideal for banging things.Now I just need to resist the urge to use it on my laptop pc next time it crashes.
