Firm roller, good for rolling out thighs and ITB band.

Fantastic. My massage therapist recommended getting one.It was longer than expected but that was a bonus. (Easier to use.) I had originally wanted a foam roller to bring with me to the gym, but now I'm just foam rolling at home after the session, alongside some stretching. Very happy with this.

First off this roller whilst described as being foam, is rock hard, there is no give in it at all. If that's what you're after then this will tick that box. I lay on my back and place it under the arch of my back, then roll my lower back up & down on it. It feels like its helping, but I cant help but think that a roller with some padding or flex may be better?

I bought the 60cm long roller which is a good length to fit underneath the body with plenty of roller either side to place your hands on, if required. I found there is no 'give' in this roller and am questioning myself that perhaps a smaller diameter filler (10cm) and with a little flexibility may have been a better option. But the roller itself appears to be of good quality.

Found this to be perfect especially for leg exercises after a knee replacement.

It is as I expected. It is quite firm.
