Takes up quite a bit of space in the cupboard. Good for family meals as two things can be cooked at once

Perfect Replacement for Systema Steamer
Usually have Systema products, but have gone off the steamers lately as the red lid seal keeps coming off and they do not supply them, making them pretty useless.Opted for the Snips model here and was a bit dubious that there was no seal or clip mechanism, but it's not needed as the steam releases via the lid and never builds up pressure.I like the multi layered basket options so you can do more in one go or smaller quantities.Not had any warping issues with ours in the months we have owned it, unlike some people that have reported this, and we use it once or twice a week for steaming potatoes prior to roasting and for the veggies.Very pleased with it and the results are perfect for steamed veggies.

Not Suitable for 1000W Microwave
Well made and designed and I would have loved to keep it, but the instructions said that it is only suitable for use in a microwave at a maximum setting of 800W. This was not clear from the product description. Sadly my microwave is 1000W and doesn't have an 800W or 700W setting, so I had to return it. If you have a microwave with the appropriate settings, then it is an excellent product and would be very useful.

Since I got it I use it most days for my vegetables. It’s very economical and the food tastes really good. So easy to use and to clean afterwards
