I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and had purchased an Apple brand ‘fine-woven’ case to go with it. Once I saw that cases like the old iMac were available I had to get one.This case does not disappoint! Not only does it truly give off a retro vibe, it feels good in the hand. It’s very protective of the phone screen and camera, and I can fit a screen protector on the phone with not problem. It’s a fantastic case that makes me feel like a Jetson!

Looks like the original IMac computer, this case has gotten a lot of compliments. Slips nice into your pocket, not too grippy or slippery.

I actually wasnt sure I was going to like this case when I ordered it and expected to be sending it back. But I have to say I am actually quite pleased with it. I love the way it evokes the old Bondi Blue iMac, and have gotten several compliments about it from friends. The thing I have mixed feelings about is the curved edges. I have gotten used to the flat edges of the device and how it allows you to stand it on its edge for taking pictures for instance, obviously with this case I can't do that anymore; but at the same time the curved edges remind me of when I got a 3g, the curved edges trick your hand into feeling like the phone is thinner than it is.

I ordered this case expecting to return it, after reading reviews here and on YouTube complaining about the weight, bulkiness, lack of grip, difficult installation, and most of all, the stiff action button. I am a retired teacher and once had a classroom full of iMac G3s, that this case design is based on. So I ordered it out of novelty and nostalgia. To my surprise, this is actually a great case that I’m keeping and using! The appearance and design are awesome, especially for someone old school like me. The case is not bulky or excessively heavy. It’s the tightest fitting case that I’ve ever had, which is a good thing for protection. Installation of the case is different from others, but very simple. The case exterior is a soft-touch material that has good grip, at least for me. All the buttons work great with a clicky feel, including the action button, that others have complained about. Maybe Spigen made a running change to it, but it presses very easily with a nice click feel. This case is a keeper, and much better than some other more expensive cases.

I wanted this case back when I had the X. I never had the chance and have been waiting. Well here it is! The good bits are that it’s a nice case. Not too thick, not too grippy, just a nice case overall. The MagSafe is nice and strong. I grew up in the 2000’s and my earliest memory of technology being cool was the iMac G3. However, that’s where my love ends.The bad: soft touch. I know it helps with grip but that soft touch layer is going to turn to goo sooner rather than later. I really wish it was a blasted finish or something instead of that soft touch covering every inch of it. It feels gross after a while and I expect that with all the handling it’s going to start to revert to a liquid. The dealbreaker for me is the bottom piece. First time carefully removing the phone from the case and it snaps by the port. The lower section is a VERY cheap feeling plastic and it’s a shame. Sad to report the case is now out of commission. All that waiting to have a case for a couple of weeks.

The bondi blue looks so good! Very sturdy, well built case. No issues with charging. Luckily not a slippery case either. I do agree the action button is a bit more stiff than without the case, but it doesn’t bother me. The case itself isn’t clunky at all though I understand why some are upset about the stiffness of the action button. I think it’s a case you’d have to try out yourself to decide whether the button is a problem or not since it didn’t even cross my mind until I saw other reviews!
