Made entirely of Aluminium this case has siiicon inserts which will "sandwich" your instruments together securing them whilst being immersed in a cleaning tank.I have used mine for Ultrasonic cleaning of Carburettor parts.The lid closes solidly and the surface material is impervious to rust so you will have many years service.Perfectly suited for its job.

This arrived in a easy to recycle plastic bag. It's well made from a good quality stainless steel with no sharp edges. Plus some silicone bits to hold things into place.While in use, in my situation holding small engineers tools being boiled in ultra hot water, the lid stayed down shut and didn't pop open. So I could see how this would work well when used in a medical or industrial autoclave. Overall? It's a nice box, though for the small size it's a tad on the pricey side.
