Organizational Theory, Design, and Change

As much as you can possibly love a text book that you are reading for a college course. I slept with it at night... take it with me everywhere... after the class was over I had it framed and now it's hanging on the wall right next to the pictures of my children. Words can not describe how much I truly love and care for this book. I was empty before I bought this, and it has given my life purpose, and I feel a sense of self-worth that I'd never experienced before. If you want to change your life from the inside out then buy this book. Sometimes I just sit there and cry thinking about how fortunate I am to own it. I thank God every day for the tremendous blessing he's bestowed upon me with this work of literary art. I usually get so emotional talking about it that I choke up and have to take a break after only a minute or two, but thanks to this opportunity to review it here on Amazon I'm able to write this in pieces, taking adequate time to cry when necessary and just take in the overwhelming thoughts and feeling that come to me anytime this book crosses my mind. Thank you God, my prayers have been answered, and I am a full person today because of my opportunity to own this. For the first time in my life I believe in miracles.

This book is an excellent source and interesting to read. Textbooks do not ususally excite me, but the case studies listed are very current and helpful as examples of business organizations today. I would highly recommend this book as a great source for study.

Well written in logical sequence. Would appreciate increased headings for enhanced search capabilities (instead I just highlighted a lot but it runs kind of slow that way). Author is 5 star imo

We use this excellent book to train new talents into becoming future management consultants. It is a fantastic companion with a wealth on organizational items. The fact that it is updated with the latest market developments and company experiences makes it a must have in our industry.

Renting this book was PERFECT for my intro Org Theory class. Good price. Perfect time frame.

The content and layout was excellent. My problem was that the text would not convert to the kindle easy reader format. It was very difficult to read.
