Voltage Unstable. A Lot of Flickering
Used as a dimmer and it flickers too much. I have some identical ones from another seller. They look like they were made in the same factory. Those have no issues. These are just horrible. Don't use on a high-end project.

Did not work
Turning the knob did not adjust the output voltage. I connected the "in" terminals to AC outlet power and the "out" terminals to an AC voltmeter and turned the knob. The voltmeter showed the output voltage was the same as the input voltage no matter what I did with the knob.

Worked fine
Used as a 120v fan speed control for a duct fan boost for my heating system. No problem using for 120v low current applications. They list all these voltage regulators for 220v but you can use them for 120v applications and long as you stay under the power rating of the device.
