who do i contact about getting replacement parts? one of the score counter arms broke off within a week

Will I be able to put this together in one room and then move it to another? It’s a Christmas gift that need to be hidden until that morning.

The width would go through a normal sized doorway if you lay it down and carry it sideways. It is pretty tall you probably wont be able to take it through straight up. Hope this helps.

How do I get replacement parts? The end where the balls end up bent over and broke in half!
