As a university student, this speaker has been a great purchase for singing in the shower, hosting pre drinks with friends or celebrating rowing wins on the bus back from competitions.The sound quality is decent for the price is great for having background music on whilst erging and is loud enough to fill a studio room or outdoor space. The battery life is class, as I feel I never have to charge it and have probably only topped it up once since it arrived over a month ago now. The waterproofing has done its job on multiple occasions now and the speaker still works flawlessly after giving it a slight shake down.The lights aren't brilliant however, they do add a little something if it is completely dark, given the price point they are certainly adequate and a great addition given you also have the option of turning them off entirely. The controls are pretty self explanatory supporting skipping of tracks as well as play/pause and volume adjustment. Furthermore, the addition of a USB C port is greatly appreciated since I can use one cable for a multitude of devices that I own, this also means that the speaker charges super quickly too whenever I'm running low.Overall, I would definitely recommend this speaker given its price and quality, it's not going to blow you away given it's less than 20 quid but it's a great piece of kit that does its job well.

The sound is pretty bad, not good at all, definately cannot turn the volume up! We cannot get any radio stations either.You get what you pay for, this is a cheap speaker and it shows.I'm sure I could have returned it for a refund but never got round to it.

I love small speakers and thought I'd try this one. Big mistake!! The sound distorts at low volume, and the bass is a muddy mess. 20w my foot! Who is giving this thing 5 stars?! The smaller Lenrue speaker is cheaper and delivers much better sound, including astounding thumping bass.

It's different to turn off have to press button down hard, would have liked to have a display screen so you can see that you are tunning radio station, turning volume up and down.
