The temperature doesn’t get too hot. Does not take long to charge maybe 15 minutes max. The fabric is soft so it’s not itchy. It helps back pain and cramping. The vibration will literally send you to sleep.

Im a dude so idk how well these things rlly work, but the women I’ve got these for (13yr sister, 19yr gf) say that it’s very helpful to them and that it’s a great product. While they don’t mention the vibration feature, they say it get really hot and lasts for a long time, and my sister wears it to school bc nobody can see it cuz of how flush it is. Love this product. It heats up very well and fast. The vibrations are good, although I wish they went deeper haha but over all great for the money and so far easy to use and functions great. I use the 2nd heat setting as it's a lot of heat so I never need more than setting 2. So glad I got this.

I love this for whenever I'm on my death bed when cramps get horrible. Pain? Gone. The size is perfect to bring anywhere, easy to hide when out in public (one of the lights kind of makes it a little obvious). I always forget to charge it, but whenever I need it, it lasts a lot!

Smaller than one might think but focuses on the area. Can be used in other places on the body to provide heat in specific areas. Three settings each for the vibration and heat. Helps relieve pain and is easy to use.

Very impressed. Has automatic shut off after 30mins. Gets hot quickly. I wear under my clothes and you cannot tell unless someone hears the vibrations. To turn on you must hold down the power buttons for at least three seconds, I was confused at first as to why it wasn’t working. Well worth the money.

Bought and used this while pregnant and it was a game changer! I would wear this at work and it helped my back pain tremendously! It has three heat settings and 3 vibration settings. It works well and is seemly quiet.

The battery doesn’t last.
