Perfect for fruit!!
I got this to help get the pith off oranges. It was awesome!! 1tsp. To a big batch and let it sit. Rinse the oranges and can! Thank you for a wonderful product!

Works great for removing citrus pith
Purchased this to remove citrus pith, works great! Peel and section citrus then submerge in water. Add enzyme powder- I did a tsp or so for about 4 lbs of citrus. Leave on counter for the day. The pith falls away and you're left with citrus segments thatlook like they came from a store bought can. Pretty amazing. Takes away the bitter pith with minimal effort for preserving or cooking.

good price, bad package.
great price for the quantity. used it in one of my cider brews. worked great.ONLY problem was the package. opened the box and it was looking like colombian christmas... package had a hole in it and contents were everywhere inside the box. was able to salvage about half into a ziplock. the rest was forfeit. bummer. :(
