Light weight easy to use
.... Which us really important fir an elder who doesn't beed to be carrying around heavy bulky items. Vision us very clear :- does what it's supposed to do. A nice little draw string bag to store it in when not in use, too. Which protects it from scratching

Tips to use this tricky magnifying device
This is a tricky device to use.Fitting the headband is easy and works well. Inserting the lenses, turning on the light, simple.Getting the lenses to focus....hard.Forget the single 8x flip down monocle lense. Just couldn't get that to focus. What you need to know is, the more powerful the magnification the closer you need to be to what you're looking at.A combination of lenses giving 4x+ magnification is almost impossible to focus. So the best you'll get is 3.5xAt 3.5x you'll need to be a matter of 1-2cm from what you're looking at to focus. The lower the magnification from there, 3, 2.5, 2 etc and you can hold the object further back and maintain focus. All in all, it is fiddly to use and it's only useful if you're within roughly 10cm of the object you want to focus on. So good for really close up work but not for anything else.

Is this misrepresentation?
The reality does not match the illustration shown above and on the previous web page. There is barely any magnification at all, certainly not the 'x5' claimed. The tiny physical size of the larger magnifier makes it not worthwhile unless to compensate for the so-called 'x5' magnifier.

You get what you pay for. its just about functional but very much cheap & "plasticy"
I did the job I wanted it for, but only just. Overall, It was dissapointing and I should have spent more. You get what you pay for.

Quality product.
It was bought for an elderly lady who has difficulty with fine print. She is delighted with it. We were impressed with the quality of the article and also the speed of delivery. Many thanks.

Light and very comfortable
Light and comfortable feels a good quality. Another review said the lenses were plastic . I can assure you they are glass. My only gripe is the battery life is NOT good . You can only get 1.5 hours of constant use, no where near what the manufacturer claims regarding the life of 8-12 hours ( unless there is something wrong with the batteries) .If I had known this I would not have purchased them . It would be interesting to find out if anyone can comment on there own experience with these glasses.
