Q: Works on emergency flashers but not brakes or turn signals. Any suggestions?

Within the light assembly, all 3 of these--emergency, brake, and turn lights--are the same. (The other light is the parking light.) Assuming these lights are mounted on a trailer, and the connection to the tow vehicle is a standard 7-pin or 4-pin connection, then the problem is with the tow vehicle's wiring system. If one of these 3 lights is working, then the trailer's wires and the connection are good.

Yes it does. Also has side marker lights.

Q: Are you able to change out bulbs and lens

No you can't change bulbs or lens.

Q: Where do I find the warranty info for these lights? 3 sets went out after 6 months

See if Amazon will replace . Their was a small paper in the light box with warranty I thank.
