Does what it says on the tin
We use these to try and get our condiment consumption down a bit, rather than have a bottle of ketchup or mayo we now use one of these moderately filled with sauce!Also used for sauces, nuts, nibble in my son's pack lunches in combination with the silicone lids theses come with, which are really thick and fit and seal really will on the little pots.

Amazing quality and price
Amazing quality and priced well. I use mine for much lunch box: one for a sauce, other for seeds and/or crushed nuts. And gave away two out five to my colleagues, they like them a lot as well. Highly recommended.
