If you or your kids love dried berries, these are the ones you wanna buy. You get so much more for your money than you do buying a six dollar bag for a handful of freeze dried berries at the grocery store. These are always fresh, they taste great. I even like to use the dust from these to flavor my protein shakes! Just open a tiny bit of the seal and shake the bag until the powder starts coming out, all the berries will stay inside and you’ll get organic strawberry-flavored anything!!

I love this product, I didn’t think to buy it until I saw a nutrition facts.org video that said that powdered strawberries provide just as much of the nutrients, but not the same fiber content, which is OK.

Great quality, good quantity for the price. Strawberries plump up nicely when liquid added. Good flavor in my pies, just like fresh. Everything I've bought from this brand has been excellent quality.

Ok. More tart than I expected so my toddler didn't eat them. I don't mind them.

I've attached a pic of about 1/4 cup of buttercream in a 4 oz ramekin that I tried to flavor with this strawberry powder. The bag says "one scoop of powder is equivalent to 10 whole fresh strawberries". If that's true, these organic strawberries they used must be the most watery, flavorless berries. There's more than a scoop in this 1/4 cup buttercream.... and there is ABSOLUTELY NO STRAWBERRY flavor! I don't understand why some are raving about the taste and how great it flavors other foods, except that maybe this bag is old or perhaps this batch wasn't made with berries harvested at their peak of flavor, etc. It's not a 'no' but a 'HARD NO' to me ever purchasing again. So disappointed that I've wasted this much money for this. Buy at your own risk, cuz some are getting what appears to be amazing product. It seems to be a game of Russian Roulette 🤔

This was my first time purchasing organic strawberries. They were very tart. Not sweet overall. These are best for use making snowflake crisps, desserts, or cereal. There was quite a bit for the price. I appreciate the foil packaging, to preserve the quality of the product and reduce microplastics in the food.
