Great ,replaced one we had for years,large water container,many options ,remote aswell

Decided on this diffuser as it had a remote control as I was going to use it in my bedroom. Actual diffuser is ok but after only three weeks the remote has stopped working, even tried new battery. I suppose you get what you pay for.UPDATE: I have been contacted by the seller who was most apologetic and offered a solution to the issue I had. It has now been rectified and I am extremely happy with the diffuser and the prompt service I received that is why I have amended my original 3 stars to 5

The oils that come with it aren't very strong so I need to use a lot to get the smell you want but it is still worth it as it's a good price. Easy to use. Remote is a bit flimsy and u have to be really close but it works and makes it easier to set especially if u have poor sight. I am thinking of buying more as gifts, it's cheaper than burning expensive candles and you can change the scent to suit your needs. Has some slight noise but not really noticeable especially if u had people chatting or the TV on. Overall very pleased with this item

purchased this diffuser with high hopes, as it advertised a 300 ml capacity which seemed perfect for my needs. However, upon receiving and using it, I quickly discovered that it only holds 200 ml, which was the first red flag.This misleading advertisement was incredibly frustrating.The product description clearly states a 300 ml capacity, but in reality, it can only hold 200 ml.This discrepancy is not just a minor issue; it completely affects the usability of the diffuser, as I have to refill it more frequently than expected.To make matters worse, the diffuser stopped working after just 4 weeks of use. It began malfunctioning, and eventually, it wouldn't turn on at all. Given the price, I expected much better quality and durability. This is unacceptable for a product that's supposed to last longer and provide consistent performance.The most upsetting part of this whole experience was dealing with the return process on Amazon. since it stop working after 30 days nad there is no way to return the faulty product.The seller Customer service was none existing and there is no way to get a refund or a replacement.Overall, this diffuser has been a huge disappointment. The misleading capacity, poor build quality, and the frustrating return experience have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and accurately described diffuser.

This is a lovely, remote control is easy to work, the lighting is lovely and it comes with 2 brightnesses on all the colours, the Mist is very suttle but you can also control how heavy you want it and how much, the smell is very good and strong, the size is good iswel it can fit anywhere.

Lovely little diffuser, lights look great and gives a good scent for such a small unit.

Average product. produces very little steam. the only thing i like about it is the colour changing function.

it’s the perfect size, not too big and not too small. it’s go plenty of functions and even a remote to go with it. definitely worth the purchase
