The product description stated that it comes with a heating function, but unfortunately, it does not. I gifted this to someone special, specifically for its advertised heating and massage features. However, since the heating function didn’t work, she had to use it without heat, which her skin could not tolerate(due to her skin issues). As a result, she experienced skin issues. This situation not only affected her health and safety but also compromised my trust and dignity, as the gift did not meet expectations due to misleading product information.

I bought this to replace one that had already had before. This one isn’t as good as the previous one. It doesn’t give a very deep massage which is sometimes better for you on the neck still a goodbuybthough.

Good little massager, works in car or outlet. Does what it’s designed to. If you rest whatever is being massaged too heavily it can be an intense pressure

Easy to carry around It really works actually better to use than taking painkillers ! Great value for money I would never be without it
