I ordered the MEIJIA Portable All Weather IP67 Waterproof hard case (10.62 x9.68x6.87inches in Desert Tan) and found it to be nicely made and seemingly sturdy, though the plastic finish at edges (front at top and bottom, rear mold separation, scratch, plastic spur at left hinge, plus scuffs/scratches at hinges) left something to be desired. These were all relatively minor and most could be corrected with a file, a nipper, and a piece of fine sandpaper. The padding inside the case, though filling the entire space with no gap between main cavity and top, didn't feel as sturdy as what I've seen in more expensive cases so I'm returning it because I think I'd need a somewhat larger case with more padding to protect my instrument. While not a problem with the case itself, it was shipped in an Amazon box that was over twice the size of the case with one limp piece of paper draped around two sides that provided basically no interior padding against the case being bounced around in the box (or off the floor or whatever). While it appears to be a good value, be sure to choose a case size that is big enough to provide plenty of padding for the valuable item you're storing or carrying. 4* (assuming case is of adequate size for the purpose to provide plenty of padding).

Works great.

First order arrived missing rubber feet and RT latch didn't close properly like LT side did. Reordered, and the replacement arrived in perfect shape. Subtracting one star because the first one was defective. Suggest better QC procedures prior to ship.

This one is well-made and a good fit.
