Light weight and good size, easy to clean.
Really like this product even after just 2 weeks we have used it almost every night in the cold weather. After looking at the cast iron alternative for a while we decided to go for the cast aluminium version for several reasons. Having used cast iron in the past I know how heavy they are, this version is much easier to handle. Secondly the enamel tends to get damaged over time - the aluminium version has a very durable non stick surface that has proven very easy to clean . Transmits heat almost instantly so speeds up cooking time.Only thing to remember is that the handles require good oven gloves as they get hot. Not a negative but if your starting cooking on the hob to seal meat or similar then you will need to be careful of hot handles. All in all I highly recommend this product- very pleased.

Top Class Casserole Dish
Lightweight, robust, functional, good to look at and actually does what it’s meant to do. Easy to use, easy to clean. I would advise purchasing some silicone handle guards, although oven mitts are perfectly acceptable. I use it in a standard cooker and Rayburn, also on the top of both appliances. The lid helps to retain the flavour and moisture of whatever is cooking. I would 100% recommend, without hesitation.

Good purchase
Great pan, very lightweight, handles do get hot as they are metal but just need to remember to use something to protect your hands. Good size ,can cook just for 2 or easily for 4 or 5 ,very pleased.

Handles get hot, otherwise really good and lightweight
Nice and lightweight compared to cast iron! Pot has great capacity. Also love the lid, its moisture retaining tech and the pot's non-stick coating.Little word of caution though - I nearly burned my hands because I forgot to use mitts or a tea towel to lift the pot with the handles. First time, won't forget in future!PLEASE BE CAREFUL, HANDLES GET VERY HOT! YOU WILL NEED MITTS OF SOME SORT!Otherwise, love this pot, love the deep blue colour. An excellent investment.

Great colour and size. I’ve used this several times now and I’m very happy with it. Can be used in the oven and is also easy to clean.

Lightweight aluminum but very strong, non-stick coating works
A Lightweight aluminum casserole pot but very strong, it holds a surprisingly large amount 4L or more the non-stick coating works well care is used if wooden or nylon ladle/ spoon is used.cooking in oven at 180c for 2hrs works very well cooks evenly casseroles to curries all the same, cleans very easily with a kitchen nylon scourer a few light wipes are all that's needed ~ mind you I am careful not to overcook or burn the food (which is how to ruin the non-stick coating on anything fast.i like it a lot very impressed.

Good all round casserole dish and is suitable for induction hobs
I like the dimples on the underside of the lid that really works in that condensation drips onto the content basting it. Nice and lightweight.

Love it! One pot for hob and oven. I
I have never had one of these before, but the fact that you can start cooking on the hob and then finish cooking in the oven makes things easier and less washing up!
