all the money that you pay will be going towards this brand’s marketing.instead go for fibre rich foods or pure fibre products, and have probiotics available on medical shop- or just have curd!

Which one to opt for our of the three options? No clear comparison explained between three. Also doesn't mention prescribed usage in terms of no. Of months to consume this. For instance, their probiotics should be used for 3 months only.

Did nothing
I didn't feel any different, i think once I had two scoops just to see what it would do. It gave gas. There was honestly no different felt i had it for a month. This feels like a scam.Just eat yogurt.
