DechraSupply Phycox MAX Hypoallergenic (HA) Soft Chews, Joint Supplement for Dogs (90ct)

We got the first round of PhyCox from my dogs vet. I was glad to see we can purchse them on Amazon. The vet seems to have a problem keeping it in stock.My dog was 14 when we started the treatment at that point he was barely able to go up the street and back again for a walk, couldn't make it up our stairs and had issues standing for even a short amount of time. After a month on Phycox he could walk the whole neighborhood and people are shocked to find out he is his 15 years old. He acts like he is 8 years old. He can do stairs now without a problem . He still get a dose twice a day and my other 9 year old dogs gets it at least once a day.If your dog is a picky eater I might be as issue to eat it at first, but they will learn to like them. If you dog is food driven, they'll love them.The tablets are a bit greasy. I 'd recommend putting a small amount of flour in the container and shaking it up (with the lid on) to cover the tablets. Do this a bit at a time till it covers them to avoid using too much flour. I've found this works really well at keeping your fingers cleaner and the dogs won't notice it.

Bought these to help 11 year old Lab with joint pain. I was not sure how they were working until I forgot to give them to her for 3 days and she started moving very slowly. I started her back on them and her motion was better, plus she is very picky with the taste but eats these with no problem. The only issue I have is the cost but will stay with them for a bit.

I have a 14 year old dog that is starting to show signs of her hips giving out, but at the same time still runs around like a puppy. These were vet recommended and I think they are doing a good job keeping her active.

My dog love getting these as a treat and they don't cause allergy issues. I had switched to another company for a while, due to price, but the dogs didn't like the taste. They are expensive but are worth the price.

My dog is almost allergic to himself so I always hesitate to screw him up on anything new which says it’s hypoallergenic but then he reacts to it. Trust me. He’s been allergic to supposed hydrolyzed protein food, three kinds. But my vet recommended these when he took out his CCL. Wonder upon wonders he loves them (warning they look and smell like chocolate but aren’t) AND most important he didn’t react to them. Highly recommend if you have an allergic dog.

I usually love this item. It’s helped my dog’s joints as she ages. Because of that I stock up on it.This month when I opened the canister for her all the supplements melted into one glob. I keep it in a cool dark cabinet so it had to happen in transit or at the manufacturer.But they won’t let me get a replacement or a refund because it’s been more than 30 days. (I stock up on this which is why the delay)If you buy this check the product immediately. This is an expensive product to lose to the garbage. I’m going to look for other brands

The product it's self is fantastic!! I disliked the way the top of the product came damaged. The top was cracked and ruined. Now I need to find something to cover it until it's all used.
