I like that you only have to take 1 easy to swallow caplet per day.I have not experienced any negative side effects, and there is no weird taste or smell.

There are so many multivitamins available from other sources which have great reviews. Not sure what sets this apart.Sundance appears to be a sub/sister company of Nature's Truth, which in turn is a sub company under NMTT LLC which has a large number of supplement brands under its ownership. That is a good thing in general. The Nature's Truth brand has a lot of products on Amazon with a good number of very good reviews.The product is made in the USA. It appears to be a basic product, no claims as to efficacy or third part testing, etc.Slightly smaller than some of the other "horse pills" I've seen. So slightly easier to swallow than those other large pills.

It has everything most people need in quantities that make further supplementation mostly unnecessary, and, it's under $8. That's a pretty good deal compared to more typical brands.I've been taking it every day, and I feel no negative effects from it.It's just a multivitamin so I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I now feel like Superman and that I'm going to go fly into the sun or anything, but as long as what's on the label is in the pills, this should be a great fit for most people.Again, that price!

Like most ABC basic vitamins, I'd suggest consulting with your doctor to see if you need to supplement this with anything else. For me, my Vitamin D is quite low and I take an additional supplement to this daily pill. This pill doesn't come close to providing me with the vitamin D I was prescribed.If you are just going to take one basic pill and not bother looking into it further, this one seems to be a fine one to take as it seems to have a bit of everything your body needs.

No info where the ingredients were sourced from. These were made by a company in New York but no mention what country that company made these in or what country they sourced the ingredients from.I want to know where stuff I ingest was made as well as what country they source...

I regularly take a multivitamin, but I'm not necessarily devoted to one type or brand. These are good. The tablets don't have a particular smell or taste and are as easy as any other to swallow.
