So glad this didn’t really have a taste & how much benefits to it. Most holistic things taste bitter/strong but this was so easy to drink in some water

Works as intended and pretty amazing considering it's our first attempt of trying it. The eyedropper with the measuring with extremely helpful.

I love this product. I have used 2 times a day and it helps me with focus and digestion. I have mixed with water and from the dropper and it just tastes like concentrated sweet tea.

Comes in Handy, I use it in my thermos of water, you really can’t tell it’s there…. it doesn’t taste like lemon.

I was looking for a Lemon Balm and decided to try this brand. So far, no complaints. There is very little taste when added to water. I am hoping the quality and its effectiveness prove to be a great value for the money. As far as having a calming effect and the ability for sleep quality, I cannot say. I am a calm person already and only sleep 5-6 hours, and I am ready to go. At this point, I would buy again.
