These are fantastic and much better than the thick heating patches you get in boots. These stay hot for ages, stay in place and really ease the pain. Because they are like a plaster you can really target the painful area as they are flexible and discreet. I have terrible intermittent neck and back pain and these work wonders on their own or alongside normal pain relief.

Bought these after reading other reviews. Desperate to get pain relief but this has o effect at all

Well priced. Arrived on schedule. 1st time I used these, I did get a slightly sore red patch, afterwards. But used a bit of savalon +it was fine, so the reaction was not long term. So pretty pleased. And has helped me, with knee pain.

I was going on a trip, my hip and leg have been very painful, I was worried about walking as I was in a great deal of pain, these helped no end, I put one on my hip and one on my leg, the warming soothing feel of these really helped me. The little plaster mark they leave after was worth it so I didn't care about that. I will definitely be buying more.

Having had a day visit to hospital I was left in pain which did not go away. In desperation I bought these pads. They looked promising, stuck well to the skin, were taken off the skin without pulling. Great I thought but when I looked where they had been after the first day the skin was a deeper pink than usual. I put them on the next day but when I took them off the skin was red, lumpy and itched like mad. To say the least the rest of them were binned. Sorry about that. The pain relief was minimal too. Perhaps they would be different for another person.

I am very impressed by these. I have been struggling with back pain and although ‘tiger balm’ helps, it is too strong smelling to wear in the office. This is the perfect solution! They are long lasting too so you can get a whole day & nights use out of one patch if you wish. I feel so much more able to do the things I want to do now that I’m armed with these subtle pain relief patches.

It's difficult for me to rate this item as I purchased it to relieve the pain between my shoulder blades and when I applied it to that area there was a really uncomfortable burning sensation, enough for me to have to remove it - obviously some kind of allergic reaction. I relocated it to my shoulder and it was fine there and did what it was supposed to do.
