my daughter delivers product in the heat, ordered this to keep cool. it came with the only directions in an asian language, it does not change temperatures, in fact it does nothing. we are returning it. i would not recommend buying it if you plan on staying cool.

This was the second cooling ring I bought and it doesn't stay cool for very long.When it looses its coolness, it becomes hard instead of gel like the other rings I've purchased.
