Flavorless, and does what it's supposed to for a cheap price.It's creatine, not much to report, my recovery is noticeably faster and my gym sessions are marginally better, the color is very noticeable, dissolves well and the bottom of your glass fills with a bit if grit but if you need creatine it's definitely worth the 17 bucks you pay for it.Just make sure to drink plenty of water if you're doing a loading phase
