I purchased this 5windows robot cleaner, and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for keeping my high-rise windows spotless. I live in a tall building, and cleaning the exterior windows is something I just couldn’t do myself and is expensive. This robot has made the whole process much easier and safer.Performance:The robot works surprisingly well on large, high-rise windows that are impossible to clean from the inside. It glides smoothly across the glass, covering the surface quickly and efficiently. It does a great job of picking up dust, dirt, and fingerprints, leaving the windows looking clean and streak-free. The speed is impressive too—it gets the job done fairly fast compared to doing it manually or waiting for a professional service.Sound:It does sound like a vacuum cleaner, so it’s not exactly silent. But it’s not overwhelmingly loud either. It’s something you get used to after a few uses, and honestly, the noise is worth it for the convenience and results it delivers.Hard Stains:If you have really tough, caked-on stains, this robot may struggle a bit. While it’s great for general dirt and grime, it doesn’t have the power or precision to remove stubborn marks or long-term stains. For these kinds of issues, you might still need to do a little extra spot cleaning manually.Overall:For anyone with high-rise windows, this cleaner is a great investment. I guess it is a first edition of what could be really good tool. Let it run for 4 full cleans and was left with the window full of streaks and worse off compared to what i started with

It’s a great item. Especially for sliding glass doors. However it struggled when cleaning my bathroom sliding door and the bathroom mirror. It’s pretty bare except a bar in the middle to slide it, and it lost suction power and almost fell. I don’t have an overhead bar to holster the required safety string. So I had to stay and watch it and make sure it didn’t fall. Same when it hit the side bathroom mirror. Maybe it needs more repetition to learn like the robot vacuums, but because of this decided to return and not keep. It did work better in the door to the varanda. A long unified glass piece without any obstacles is how this robot works best. Bathroom mirror and door pictured for visual reference.

Me parece que con solo agua no podrá dejar limpio los cristales, por lo demás el equipo funciona pero los cristales quedan opacos

This item is listed as 1.7” wide- but in reality it’s 3.5” wide. Our screen allows maximum 2.5” thickness. Sellers should take more care describing the item to avoid unnecessary returns and buyer’s dissatisfactionIt is going back without even trying…

1) This does clean a window or glass door. The suction is not as good as one would hope. The product fell off several times and was sometimes a challenge to get it to attach. It is not as easy to use at they show in the video. The cord provided is fine IF you have something to attach it to. We do not so we had to stand there and hold the safety cord. IT fell several time in the middle of the cleaning and twice hit one of us instead of the floor. This leaves streaks on the window, but it did clean the window / doors.
