Arrived early. Over 9 hours battery life!
Bought as replacement for my Mom’s older inogen concentrator; the original batteries not holding charge. . The company told her because older model they no longer provide replacement batteries. (What!?). So glad to have found this. After full charge up, used it today and was showing 9 1/2 hours of life at setting 2. Says 800-1000 cycles . Very happy with purchase.

Defective Battery and functionality
I ordered two one G3 light wt. batteries 14.4 volts, each costing $ 298 and paid $ 637.72 with taxes. One was dead upon receipt. I could not return it immediately as I was going on vacation to Europe end of May. I thought there would be plenty of time upon my return in July to return the dead battery. Unfortunately, I became sick and spent almost a month in a German hospital. I returned to US in July and immediately I was in rehab for 2 months. I was able to return the dead battery upon arrival to US.I ordered this product for travel. I do not use oxygen at sea level, but in airplanes, as the cabin pressure is maintained at 10,000 feet altitude and because the travel time is about 10 to 11 hours I thought I might need oxygen. The second battery when fully charged showed only 97%. I had one single battery at home. I took these batteries. I Used the double battery One G3 that I ordered on and off at airflow one. The battery kept the charge well. When I came back, from rehab, I took out the battery to charge. I found out that the battery is dead. It doesn't charge at all. It is waste of money; could have been better off renting from the airline.I do not know if I can return this battery.

Hard to believe
It is amazing to me that because it is for a medical product, and it is about maybe 4lbs, that it cost as much as a 100lb battery as a battery for a 18 wheeler

Imogene One G3 double battery
Bought the Inogen One G3 battery to extend my quality of life, now I’m less worried about running out of oxygen, I’m very pleased now with my portable oxygen, double battery is a bit more heavy but not a problem at all, very satisfied
