I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue I've encountered with my ROBOT VACUUM CLEANER RCV 3 Stopped working after the recent software update.Issue Description:Since the update, my device has been non-functional, This is always shows as offline while connecting from application and not doing any clean/mop tasks.This has significantly impacted, I have purchased this 2 month ago and its not working. Please give me a replacement device. vaccum , moping is great but the app needs update in android , It stuck on chineseedit : I replace it and it works great app and everything

First the device is doing cleaning the you have to clean the brush 🤦. Especially the hairs gets entangled with the brush very badly. It's very cumbersome

The media could not be loaded. So happy with the purchase. He is cleaning very efficiently with out any problem to find way back to home. Quality is awesome. Before purchase i contacted karcher and got the address of service centers in Trivandrum as it is very important. Other chinese model price may be less but there can be service issues in future. Overall its a german brand with lot of other vac cleaners and pressure washers in market with a good service network.Update after 11 monthsQuality of roller brush is very poor. It got damaged after 11 months usage. Asked for replacement . Let me see whether they will replace it as this happened only because of poor material quality.
