Updated review:My dog absolutely loves this treadmill! It is built fantastic and is super solid. I just have one thing that I wish were a little better - the display location. This is not really an issue, more a preference.The Great Things:The remote is absolutely fantastic! Solid built and nice to the touch with the anti slip backing. Mine arrived with the battery cap broken, but support was fantastic and they sent me out a new battery cap with no issue!I love how quiet this treadmill is. My dog is able to walk or run on it with little sound.The padding under the tread is also really great and I can tell it is easy for my dog to use without worry of long term joint issues.I like how it can be muted if you need it to be quiet. I mute it in the morning while she gets her run on so I don't wake up my wife when changing the speeds.The build quality is absolutely amazing! This is really solid. I wasn't expecting such a solid built, sturdy treadmill for the price of this product! If you want top tier quality for a reasonable price, this is the treadmill for your pup!Wish were better - (not an issue, more a preference)The display is a little funny being where it is located. I wish there was a better display, like a standing attached one so it is easy to read and turn if you are in a different location. If you are standing in front, which most people will do while getting there dog used to it, everything displayed is upside down. The only way to read it normally is to stand next to it and kind of look over. Like I stated, this isn't an issue, more of a personal preference.Conclusion:Overall, this is by far an amazing treadmill. My dog absolutely loves using it and she wags her tail when she gets to run on it now! I still can't get over how well built this treadmill is. I can move it, run my dog at high speed, etc. This thing doesn't rattle, shake, or feel like it will fall apart at all. This thing feels like it could be tossed across the room and still be fine! For how solid built it is, it isn't as heavy as you would expect! The customer service as well is top tier! They really went above and beyond helping me with the remote battery cap and were incredible friendly!Definitely recommend this product to anyone needing a doggy treadmill.

What impressed me the most, though, was the outstanding customer service provided by Pet Control HQ.Within just a day, my 4.5-year-old Australian Cattle dog became comfortable with the treadmill. After using it for only two days, I noticed a remarkable change in her behavior and attitude. She became more lively and active, and the treadmill helped her burn off excess energy while engaging her mind. It's incredible how it transformed her from being lethargic to being more playful.I also have a 6-month-old puppy who was starting to get comfortable with the treadmill. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of leaving the remote control within reach of the puppy, and he ended up chewing on it. Feeling desperate, I reached out to Pet Control HQ through Amazon.To my surprise, they responded promptly within the hour. They not only answered my questions but also went above and beyond in terms of customer service. They followed up with phone calls to ensure that both my needs and my dog's needs were fully satisfied. Very easy to put together, works fine, my only issue is it’s too small for my 39 lb husky. They either sell these too small or too big, so I took a chance. I wish there was a medium sized one for medium sized dogs. This would be perfect for a small dog only. The time, energy and hassle it would take to tray and disassemble and fit back in the large, complicated packaging seems too daunting and unrealistic to even attempt, so maybe I’ll give it to someone in need. Four inches longer would’ve gotten a 5 star rating.

Wish it was a smidge longer, but hey,I knew we were pushing the size limit.Works well for exercising my 44 pound Australian cattle dog when the weather is bad.My dog is fearless and picks up things quickly so using it was no problem from the get go.His back feet tend to slide off the back edge a bit with normal strides but if he starts to slip off he very easily gets himself back on, so not an issue for us but might startle some dogs.Will mention the beeps are quite loud whenever you start, stop, or adjust speed so if your pet is more anxious then it might be good to condition them to the sound before having them get on.All in all very satisfied with the purchase, worked great right out of the box with practically no assembly required.

My obese dog uses it as much as he possibly can. The constant gradual improvement is amazing 🫶 thank you for offering this product.Super easy to use but of course the remote has its limitations. Must be pointed RIGHT at the treadmill. Assembly is fairly easy you just need some strength.Speed is good for young-middle aged dogs. But senior dogs will get flown off slightly since 0.5 is too fast for the elderly dogs. I just wished they went under 0.5 as low as 0.1mi.

The media could not be loaded. I have a VERY energetic Staffordshire Terrier and our trainer recommended a treadmill to help with behavioral problems. This treadmill has been so helpful. It’s lightweight and portable, easy to assemble and use,My dog adjusted to it quickly- I used lots of treats to help motivate her, and now she will hop on and stare at me when she wants to run. She does well with 5 to 15 minutes a couple of times a day and I’m really glad that I purchased this for her

In this day and age it’s hard to find a quality product- this is it! Sturdy and strong. Our dog loves it!!
