Great for my knees.

I’ve been talking this all natural supplement for a few years at bedtime. I need only one capsule to relax my muscles for sleep, namely what I call restless feet. And I don’t worry if I need to take another one. Some people use it all day long. I used to order from the company but happy to get it from Amazon now as it saves a few dollars on shipping.

Disappointed in how long it took to get to me. It kept on saying it was sorry, but shipping was delayed.

This is my second experience with Research Nutritionals. They’re one of the few brands that go out of their way to demonstrate their commitment to transparency by providing links to journal articles that support their formulations. However they still fall short on quality assurance, since the bottle I received didn’t even have a lot number to run through their database.Regarding this Soothe & Relax blend, the first thing I noticed was the extensive list of ingredients. They address joint and muscle relaxation, stress reduction, as well as sleep and mood enhancement. Unfortunately, the potency of the supplement gets sacrificed in order to accommodate so many ingredients. Even the suggested 3 capsules doesn’t meet the recommended dosage for several of the more research-backed ingredients like magnesium and glucosamine.That being said, the ingredient list is the main reason why I wanted to try this blend, since I hoped it would help with nighttime relaxation and sleep. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen any real benefits. It may help a bit with falling asleep, but not with staying asleep. In my option, this blend is just too ambitious, and while it includes a lot of really good ingredients, it doesn’t do it in a capacity that created noticeable results for me.Edit: I just realize I read the instructions incorrectly. It's actually 3 capsules twice a day, so 6/day. That does help increase the potency, but it's not the most practical option for people to take 6 large capsules daily, in addition to their regular medications. Plus, it makes this bottle much less cost effective. Even though it's 180 pills, it only lasts for 30 days.

I like the combination of ingredients in this supplement. It allows me to streamline the amount of pills a take each morning. Glucosamine is important, but the added components of this product offer benefits that I wouldn’t otherwise purchase. You get 180 caps which is nice, and the length of time they last will depend on how often you decide to take them. Sometimes I take 1, other days 2, so these will last anywhere from 1.5 months - 3 months. Probably around 2 months for me.

This seems to work ok, but at a recommendation of 3 capsules per serving, I think it's a little too pricey for me. It would have really make remarkable improvements for my muscle soreness to buy this again.
