I’m going to start off with the negatives to get them out of the way…I’m a Nutrition/ Health Specialist and an expert in inflammatory / autoimmune conditions. Mainly because I have M.E and have had the bumpiest journey of a lifetime to find a way to get my health back. Part of this has been through the inclusion of supplements to support my mitochondria health and reduce inflammation.This powdered supplement really does have a huge amount of vitamins and minerals to support overall health. BUT. The ingredient that it contains most of is sugar in the form of Rice Syrup powder. For those who are aware of inflammation and it’s causes then we know to steer clear of sugar. In isolation mainly.I would imagine the inclusion of this is to give it a sweeter taste to make it appealing and taste friendly so you’ll enjoy using it and therefore keep using it. Which I understand. But most of who enjoy good health aren’t that bothered about the taste - it’s the function that’s more important.It also contains “flavours”, thickener - guar gum, and sweeteners so if - like me - you swerve these ingredients - this might be a good to know.Now. The compounds that it does contain are an impressive mix. From Quercetin to Boswellia and White Willow and olive oil. All amazing at being anti inflammatory in the body.However, overall it would be like robbing Peter to pay Paul die to the other added ingredients I’ve mentioned above. I did Guinea pig myself on this to test my theory and - for me - it did cause a little flare of inflammation.If they could just bin the unnecessary sweeteners, flavourings and thickeners then this would be ace.

The product smells and tastes really unpleasant to me- extremely strong and distinctive. I know it's good for me, so I blend just one scoop into a glass of orange juice, to mask the taste. I couldn't possibly manage the suggested serving size of three scoops per drink! Neither could my bank balance.

My god the smell and the taste the first time you have it is like something from the bowels of hellBut once you get used to it it's not a problem. I've suffered from long term IBS and ME and find this keeps my energy levels up and makes my stomach 'happier' on days I have it.It contains amino acids which can upset your stomach so start on a small dose and work up!

I have IBS, GERD and diverticulitis and I think this has helped with all of them. I have much less pain and inflammation and I've been able to reintroduce various things that I couldn't eat before. Wish it was cheaper(!), but I will definitely keep taking it.

I use this every morning, with half an avocado and chia seeds mixed it with water or coconut milk in my nutribullet. I love this product
