At first, it was a little difficult for me to understand how to actually use the product. I would get part of it working, but I couldn’t figure out the rest of it for example how to turn the top to make it 360. It was very stiff and hard to turn and I felt that I was going to break it. I tried looking at the videos and then again trying to read the pamphlet that was included was very difficult. It took my grandson to come over and show me how to use the product now. I’m very happy with it and can’t wait to start making movies.

I was initially disappointed when the remote control stopped working. However the company was very accommodating and promptly replaced the remote. It is working perfectly now.

Better instructions on how to operate would be useful. Video instructions on all the different ways to use. Video quality was mediocre. Stability is okay. It is fun to use with the two modes I do know how to use. . Light function need to be brighter or they need to be inches in front of you. NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I wish the "Frequently Returned Item" message was present when I first purchased.Don't buy it, avoid it completely or buy it and try it out before the 30 Day return window and you'll see why.First, it does not stabilize your video. It's equivalent to a monopod.Second, It will run out of battery within 45 minutes of continuous use.Third, The lock feature does not function properly, the phone will always wiggle.This may only be good if you are filming yourself at your desk without any movements.For anything else that requires movements, avoid completely!I used it after the 30 Day return window for a Real Estate videoshoot and regret buying it deeply.

This is an entry level unit for gimbals and that is NOT a bad thing. The unit seems a bit lightweight, however the three flaws are:1. The attachment mechanism, presses down on the volume and/or power keys and it takes a bit of repositioning to get it to stop interfering with the picture process.2. Even when centered the gimbal could not overcome the weight of the Pixel 7 - 197 g (6.95 oz). It was off by 10+ degrees every time and that is just too much to overcome in editing.3. The video software required makes the pixel 7 seem like a pixel 3. All the advantages of the camera are undermined by the software. The maker should just use the existing software of the camera.So why a 3 star review? The above are phone related except the software and that one cannot be overcome regardless of the phone until they change the software. If you have a lightweight phone - this may work as an entry level while you figure out what you really want.

Tried for 2 months and feels like I am wasting the money buying this product :(The connection from remote to cell only works 10% of time and waste lots of time trying and trying….Contact with seller and worked out to refund my order. I am satisfied with their response.
