I like the slippery elm - works for me. I tastes sweet (glycerin) and seems to be a more heartier dose.

Forget the pills
My stomach is very sensitive to acidic foods, lactose, and chocolate. I used to avoid each of these foods before trying this product. Now, I am able to enjoy these foods, although not 100%, at least substantially more often than I used to.
