The flavor and texture are good. I chose this product for the bright orange color however, and these were not so marigold-colored as the photo depicts. They were the regular browned color of any dried apricots.

These contain sulfur dioxide to keep the color
My wife is very allergic to sulfur dioxide. When we bought this, nowhere on the description was sulfur dioxide mentioned. They mention that the color is due to their picking process not sulfur dioxide. This is false. It’s the addition of sulfur dioxide is what keeps them yellow and can be toxic to many people.
