I am wondering how to charge the battery pack. It did not come with a connector. I’ve had my phone charging all night long from the outlet with the battery case on… It charged my phone to 100%, but it did not charge the battery pack more than one illuminated dot on the back of the case. I know with my Mophie, I could charge my phone and the battery case at the same time which was incredibly convenient. I received this on December 30 by the way… so I’ve only had it a few days. I do miss my pop socket.Oh yeah, the whole press and hold the power button for three seconds to power it off - That doesn’t work.Thankfully, this wasn’t that expensive. I have ordered a more expensive case - from Casebus (has much better reviews).

Love this case/charger it durable and it gives you the ease that you will continue to have charge in case of an emergency. It works good as a phone case . Overall good for the price of the price of money

Good size charger. I tried it today and decided I am keeping it in my glove compartment for emergencies. I like being able to charge my phone without a case so I will only use this when I need to charge on the go.

I bought the Battery Case for iPhone 14 Pro Max (8600mAh), and I’m really disappointed. Right out of the box, the case wouldn’t charge my phone when I turned it on. I didn’t bend it, drop it, or misuse it — it was brand new. I expected it to work right away, especially for the price. It’s supposed to be a “smart” extended charging case, but it doesn’t even start charging. Very frustrating. I can’t recommend this product.

Works as advertised. Only downside is that it charges the case first and not the phone. Other than that it works well.

Battery don’t last as long as claimed.
