magnet portion has 3m adhesive, glued down very flat. Flex build plate holds down well and material sticks to the surface as expected. Has nice amount of texture i would say a little less aggressive than Bambu but and for me that is an advantage.

Not happy with it overall

We purchase a lot of print surfaces. Usually just the stick on surface, since we have BuildTak plates. BuildTak is too sticky, and will usually pull up as we pull our prints off. This causes bumps that eventfully tear open. We've tried PEI from several vendors, but it also usually bubbles ad the build surface gets too bumpy.The 3DHUB came already adhered to a metal plate for about the same cost as the surface with adhesives. This plate seems very high quality and pretty sturdy. It also came with a magnetic layer, but we don't need this, as our plates are already magnetic. I have printed 3 ASA parts so far using the textured side with the plate at 100 Celsius. The first one didn't stick, so I put on glue stick (normal for surfaces we have tried) the next two were perfect. When we removed the parts, they came off without pulling up on the surface. The texture makes the parts look really nice. I will update in a few months, but so far this surface is awesome. In a few months we will have printed 100's of parts, so will be a good test.3DHub please keep these in stock. We really do not want to go back to any other surface. Also, we don't need the magnetic layer.

Works great! Only reason for a 4 star is because they don’t sell just the plate by itself.

It was extremely easy to install. I did notice that you can't heat it up to the max temperature but there's no reason for me to have it at the max temperature for what I do. I think the value for what it cost is 100% worth it because Raise the company considers the print bed a consumable product and expects you to replace it periodically. This bed is way higher quality and does not require you to replace it. The removable bed fit perfectly.

Despite the lack of installation instructions, I figured it out. Magnetic sheet gets applied to the aluminum foundation and then the PEI sheet goes on top.A great addition to the PRO2 as a flexible bed, and fixed my ABS/ASA adhesion issues. Printing larger ABS parts continued to cause lifting until I installed this bed. Only drawback is it takes a while heat up.
