Just the right size for a short expedition or for a shopping trip

I've had this backpack for about a year and it is comfortable, light and very strong. I travel and load it up a lot with water bottles plus groceries, etc. Only real complaint is that is not at all "water resistant". Yes, there is a rain cover but if it starts raining and it's on my back, by the time I get the cover on it's too late. I also really like the stuff-it pouch which comes on very handy!

I ordered backpack for my 3 peaks. Really good quality backpack. I could fit everything what needed. At the bottom of the backpack there are small pocket with waterproof cover, great colour, bright yellow do you're visible on the foggy mountains.

Absolutely perfect plenty of room

Made with plenty of pockets and compartments at a good price.The back support is not firm enough if you want to use it for a daily commute and all the weight goes to your lower back. Also I'm not sure the shoulder strap are up to the weight of a laptop.That said I used it for a couple hikes carrying waterproofs, warm clothing and food for the day including cooker. For this it was perfect and the rain cover worked well in the Lakeland weather.

With a weekend (3 nights) in London coming up I spent hours sifting through the rucksacks trying to make the correct decision. So glad that I did! Not only the clothing but also my tablet and all leads. Very happy and have since spent a very wet day at Beamish using the rain cover- which was also first class.

I liked all the features this 30L backpack was offering BUT the shoulder straps are so narrow that they cut into my neck - see photo attached; would not recommend it for a woman.it had a strong smell of plastic when it arrived but this eased after a few days. also, it came folded in half which makes it a bit wobbly.sadly had to return it.
